3. Fragrance Preference
Fragrance is a matter of personal preference. Customers may experience the same fragrance differently depending on individual skin chemistry, environment, application, and personal preference.
Therefore, not liking a fragrance, scent, longevity, projection, or overall fragrance experience does not qualify for a return or exchange, provided the product is not defective or materially different from what was ordered.
