No Return & No Exchange

At MEBA, all our fragrances are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, fragrance choice, or incorrect product selection.

Please carefully check the product details, fragrance notes, size, and other product information before placing your order.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted if:

• You do not like or are not satisfied with the perfume/fragrance smell.
• The fragrance does not suit your personal preference.
• You expected a different fragrance or scent experience.
• You change your mind after placing the order.
• You ordered the wrong product, size, or fragrance.
• You simply do not like the fragrance after opening or using the product.

However, if you receive:

• A wrong product
• A damaged product
• A defective or leaking product
• A product that is materially different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear unboxing video/photos. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

Important: An unboxing video is strongly recommended for any damage or wrong-product claim. MEBA reserves the right to verify every claim before approving a replacement or refund.
